I am a healthcare and fitness professional interested in health and self-development on all levels. I’m using this journal to share my studues through the spiritual side of wellness; through meditation, astrology, tarot, and ritual. I am currently studying Hermetic meditation in the stream of practices from Franz Bardon, and studying astrology with Christopher Warnock’s courses in traditional Renaissance methods. I find these practices to be coherent and an extension of my interest in physical health, wellness, and rehabilitation. I hope you find something of interest here. Thanks for joining me on my journey!
