If you stumbled upon my journal, welcome! I am a healthcare and fitness professional interested in health and self-development on all levels. I’m using this space to share my studies through the spiritual side of wellness; through meditation, astrology, tarot, and ritual. I practice Hermetic meditation in the stream of practices from Franz Bardon, and study astrology with Christopher Warnock’s traditional Renaissance courses. I find these practices to be a beautifully coherent method of training the non-physical levels of self, and an extension of my interest in physical health, wellness, and rehabilitation. I hope you find something of interest here. I plan to post free tarot readings and natal/birth chart readings as I progress. Feel free to use these services!
